Community Wellness Fair

Premier Health is sponsoring a Community Wellness Fair on May 9, 2026, at Transformed Life Church. The event will start at 11:00 A.M. and end at 3:00 P.M. There will be free Health Screenings, Dental Exams, First Aid Training, A1C Testing, Consultations, and More. You can complete a CPR Certification for a fee of $25.00. Register for the class in the Church Center App.
